Our work ranges from operational and financial issues of the utility to the broader challenging problems of providing high quality, affordable services in the developing markets. The ILP team thru its associates has experience advising on power and water utility’s technical and operational aspects throughout the world, specifically in the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and the Caribbean. Our clients include regulators, generators and transmission and distribution companies. We also support the investment funds to assess the technical and financial performance of power utilities for the acquisition purpose.

Telecommunication

Any telecommunications service uses a huge amount of infrastructure. Too often, the infrastructure is monitored by silos of service, without being able to look across the company to understand what needs to be done to provide the highest quality of service with the greatest uptime reliability.

We provide infrastructure services for both wireless mobile and wireline fixed telecommunication networks. We deliver following infrastructure services in the telecom space:

  • Radio Frequency (RF) / Micro Wave (MW) site surveys
  • Installation and commissioning of antennas and antenna lines
  • Installation, commissioning and integration of base stations, microwave links and fixed transmission equipment
  • Installation of DC and battery back-up systems
  • Foundation and erection of towers
  • Foundation and installation of DG
  • OFC route planning
  • Right of Way (ROW) permissions and civil works like excavation of trenches, laying of HDPE / GI ducts and drawing of nylon through the same to pull fibre

In addition to development of infrastructure, ILP undertakes Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for our clients in order to help them maintain their existing infrastructure. We are well equipped to provide operation and maintenance support at the sites built by us for our clients, as well as, for those built by others. The scope of the project includes passive infrastructure O&M that including both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Preventive maintenance is aimed at reducing the risk of faults. ILP employs well defined preventive maintenance procedures that are followed for effective maintenance exercise. In addition to preventive maintenance of passive equipment on site, the scope includes diesel filling, electricity board liasioning activity (O&M part including EB bill collection and submission), corrective maintenance and breakdown maintenance.

Oil and Gas

ILP undertakes EPC contracting for cross-country pipelines, terminals and gas gathering stations for the oil and gas sector, across multiple terrains like rivers, hilly, marshes, swamps, deserts, etc. by virtue of highly experienced team members. The company has a well-qualified engineering and designing team for the successful completion of projects, and provides end-to-end solutions.

ILP is equipped with manpower skilled to handle large size, multiple pipeline projects simultaneously. The company can provide a fleet of specialised pipeline equipment, including HDD rigs, pipelayers / sidebooms, pipe bending machines, boring machines, internal pneumatic clamps and numerous welding machines (semi-automatic, manual, etc.) suitable for executing a wide range of cross country pipelines and associated facilities.

Drilling oil and gas wells in an efficient, fast and safe manner remains our core competence. We offer incremental services that come in handy throughout the drilling process. These include the following:

Water

Water problems such as water shortages and pollution are occurring around the world due to population growth, industrial development and resource-intensive living standards. To solve these problems, ILP has been involved in the development of water and sewage infrastructure, and has offered comprehensive technologies ranging from planning to implementation to solve various water and environmental problems. We continue to offer total solutions combining various technologies to accommodate diverse situations, including regional, cultural and environmental differences. And we keep our commitment to the development and operation of the water and environmental infrastructure.

ILP through its associates can review the financial, technical, and economic viability of the water projects, for example, water supply and sanitation; waste water treatment plant for residents and a public market.

The preparation can make the projects ready for procurement. This specifically includes updating the assessment of financial viability and the project structure with the project's new indicators relating to the implementation plan, projects cost and PPP structure. For each project, ILP can help carry out all the required steps from PPP project identification, through to feasibility studies, and finally to drafting bid documents for each transaction.
